the amount of the authorized capital for the design and installation of security systems is 250,000 rubles, in other cases – 100,000 rubles;
the share of funds raised from outside should not exceed 50%.
Currently, private security companies registered before January 10, 2010, must also adhere to the rules applicable to private security companies. It is not necessary to change the name.
